We provide service, parts, and accessories for Fuji’s line of dry laser imagers. Regardless of your issue we are here to help. We can clear film jams, correct image artifact issues, and adjust configuration settings as needed.

Annual preventive maintenance should be performed on Fuji Drypix dry laser imagers. Doing so will reduce downtime, ensure optimum image quality and prevent abnormal wear on various parts. We inspect the error log for any issues. Print QC images to verify proper film density, resolution, and layout. Clean filters and check cooling fan operation. Check various interlocks ensure the operator is safe from the laser during operation and to also ensure film is not exposed to light. Clean the conveyance rollers, cleaning roller, suction cups, SUS belt, density measurement sections, and heat development unit. Lubricate parts as need. Check for proper grounding and DC voltage. Correct date/time setting.

In addition to preventive maintenance we can perform annual QC for mammography. The inspection is comprised of four majors parts: Inspect mechanical operation (Jamming, Abnormal Sounds), Check for artifacts (banding, scratches, fog, etc), Verify geometry (length and width and location of image on film), Image recording resolution checks (Verify image is being output in fine resolution, check 50 micron resolution pattern)

The Aspire CRm eliminates the use of film to improve your departments’ workflow while increasing daily productivity. The Aspire CRm offers superior image quality and improved dose efficiencies over analog systems. Everyone from the technologist to the radiologist and most importantly the patients will receive the benefits of digital mammography from Fujifilm.

In-room Capability
The Aspire CRm system has a footprint small enough to fit inside of most mammography rooms, so the technologist can now stay with the patient through the duration of the exam while reviewing their images.50 Micron Sampling
The Aspire CRm takes advantage of some of Fujifilm’s most impressive imaging technologies.

Image Intelligence – Advanced Image Processing
Aspire CRm takes full advantage of Fujifilm’s Image Intelligence processing: a renowned collection of sophisticated algorithms and proven results. Dynamic Range Control (DRC) improves the visibility of dense and soft tissue by intelligently adjusting both image density and contrast. Multi-objective Frequency Processing (MFP) selectively applies varying degrees of gray scale and edge enhancement to each structure, depending on size, density and type, for an optimized view with enhanced detail.

Flash Plus IIPm Technologist Console
With the IIPm, technologists can process a digital mammogram in as few as three mouse clicks! Fujifilm’s innovative console offers rapid image preview and advanced reprocessing functionality, displayed on a high resolution 2 MP gray scale LCD. With versatility and multi-modality capability, the Aspire CRm can be used for general radiographic procedures when used with ST-VI IP and CC and LC cassettes.

FDR ES II Detectors

FDR ES II detectors are the next generation of DR retrofit solutions designed with the essential conveniences of Fujifilm image acquisition and design. Light, portable, affordable detectors can optimize your x-ray room for table and free positioning and table top exams with top-of-the-line image quality. There’s also no need to re-work your existing equipment because FDR ES II fits existing standard Buckys and holders for simple DR and DR panel retrofits. FDR ES II detectors feature 150-micron pixel pitch and a wide 16-bit dynamic range, as well as Fujifilm’s ISS (Irradiated Side Sampling) which provides ultra-sharp imaging with advanced dose efficiency. This exclusive design captures the x-ray image from the incident/patient side of the detector, in contrast to traditional designs which capture the image below the scintillator layer. The result is a reduction in the distance for light to spread, allowing the image to be captured where it’s sharper and stronger as it was always intended.

High image quality from low dose
